The guides at cape to cape explorers came to our aid twice when we found ourselves stuck without transport on the track. On route to our destination the guides gave lots of helpful tips and were very knowledgeable on the flora and fauna we would encounter. Thanks for helping make our end-to-end experience a fantastic one. Julie Heyes
Enthusiastic recommend!! Expert guides, tasty & healthy food, and wonderful off-trail experiences (wine tasting, restaurant dinners). We learned so much about the natural and cultural history of the area and felt extremely well looked after. Pacing throughout the day (walking/education) and week (general schedule, distances covered per day) was spot on. You won't regret doing a tour with CCET! Becky Ioppolo
Absolutely fabulous way to complete the Cape to Cape. Friendly, knowledgeable guides, delicious food and great accomodation. Highly recommend Gene and his crew. Tori Jurilj
My wife and I recently completed the Cape To Cape Guided "End-to-End" 8 Day Ultimate Experience tour. It was excellent from day 1 through to day 8. After the initial disappointment of our March walk being cancelled due to COVID we were keenly anticipating our rescheduled walk in September. As it turned out, September is a magical time to be doing this coastal walk. The wild flowers were spectacular. The wild orchids were out in force in all their glory. The guides were exceptional and very passionate about the track. Head guide, Heather, was genuinely very excited when she came upon a wild orchid! Her screams of joy were infectious. Her knowledge of indigenous culture was also far reaching. Richie our first day guide was a walking encyclopedia about the geography and geology of the area. Guide Mike was passionate about the marine environment and kept it quiet that in his day he was a top performing surfer. Not to forget Kristie and Trevor, our other 2 guides. Both bring their own special knowledge of the track. Kristie went that extra mile to ensure that walkers could keep their feet dry while crossing Margaret River by canoe. Trevor kept us informed about the European history of the area. He is also a keen permaculture gardener. His compost loo is not to be missed!! Our stay at Margarets Beach Resort was very comfortable. A hot bath after a hard day on the track was terrific. The food provided by Cape to Cape Moveable Feast was delicious (and abundant!) Our vegetarian diet requirements were very well catered for. It is safe to say that our expectations on the walk were exceeded from start to finish. The coastal scenery along the Cape to Cape track is breathtaking. Gene and his Cape to Cape Explorer Tour team are doing a great job and there is a very good chance that we will be back. John and Lorraine Matear
My friend and I totally loved our 7 day hike on the beautiful Cape to Cape Track in early Feb. We chose the self directed catered option and stayed for 8 nights at Surf Point Resort which was perfect. Each day we drove to the end point where a staff member met us ( with our delicious lunch) and drove us to the start of the days walk. Enroute they shared important information & great tips and we really felt their commitment to helping us have the best day. We felt like the track and land itself really wants you to come and respectfully enjoy it. It offers so much! We’re enjoying remembering so many delightful moments & the feeling of being there. Totally recommend Cape to Cape Explorer Tours. They add just the right amount of support you need for your trip leaving you with the fabulous job of doing and loving it! Pam Daley
