Our group of seven have just returned from a fantastic experience with Cape to Cape Explorer Tours on their Guided Highlights Tour. We chose the ‘Highlights’ tour because we wanted to combine some solid hiking along the Cape to Cape Track with other Margaret River experiences. We loved the diversity of the program and had a blast! From the initial planning with Sam and Gene, whose patience and genuine ‘can-do’ attitude made the process so easy, right through to the wonderful team on the ground, we really couldn’t fault a thing. It genuinely felt as though we were wrapped up in their loving arms all week - looked after, cared for and expertly guided through this beautiful part of the world, while being hosted at our home away from home, Surfpoint Resort. The way the program is put together is innovative and functional, with those extra touches that surprised us in the best possible ways. Footbaths at the end of each day salved our tired feet, wonderful food and healthy snacks fuelled us throughout, and a welcoming community space to relax in the evenings make hikers feel very well looked after! The camaraderie between the staff is warm and genuine, and their experience and knowledge brought the region to life throughout our seven days. We learnt so much about the flora and fauna of the area, spotted whales and dolphins along the coast, and gained a fascinating insight into this part of Western Australia’s coastline, its Indigenous heritage and colonial history. There was plenty of variety beyond the hiking too with wine tasting, kayaking and cave exploring giving us the chance to discover the region from different perspectives. Thank you, team. You have developed a fantastic product and delivered it with expertise, love and joy.

Our experience with the Cape to Cape crew was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived until the final steps into Cape Leeuwin Lighthouse, every detail was thoughtfully planned, allowing us to focus on what mattered most—immersing ourselves in one of Australia's most spectacular coastal walks. We chose the self-guided Fast and Furious Cape to Cape experience, and it was the perfect balance of independence and support. From the very beginning, Gene made us feel completely looked after. His local knowledge, practical advice, route briefings and genuine enthusiasm for the track gave us the confidence to simply enjoy the journey. Every transfer was punctual and seamless, our luggage was always waiting for us at the next destination, and the accommodations were excellent. What impressed us most was that although we were walking independently, we never felt like we were on our own. Gene was only ever a phone call away and checked in to make sure everything was running smoothly. His passion for the Cape to Cape Track is infectious, and his tips about the best places to stop, explore and take in the scenery truly enhanced our experience. He even corrected us right at the very end to esnure we finihsed in the track and not on the road! The logistics were flawless, allowing our group of five friends to focus on what mattered most—walking, laughing, challenging ourselves and taking in the incredible beauty of the Margaret River coastline. Knowing that all the behind-the-scenes details had been expertly managed made the experience completely stress-free. If you're considering a self-guided Cape to Cape walk, we couldn't recommend this team more highly. You get the freedom to walk at your own pace while enjoying the reassurance of having experienced locals looking after every detail. Thank you, Gene, for your professionalism, warmth and exceptional organisation. You played a huge part in making our five-day adventure one that we'll remember for the rest of our lives.

Cape to Cape Explorer Tours were exceptional. Well organised, reliable, and bent over backwards to help. James was always on time, helpful and knowledgeable and went out of his way to show us things off the beaten track. The Cape to Cape walk has some natural highlight nearly every day and uniformly beautiful scenery. Our trip was in winter with rain and storms and wild seas but the weather enhanced the experience and gave us something special. James waded the Margaret River on the morning we had to cross it and found it too deep. He got a canoe and took us across in a rain squall to ensure we were not left freezing by the river. James could not have been more helpful. We give this experience the highest possible recommendation.

Took a seven day, self-guided walk with my partner. Explorer Tours had everything worked out for us for every day with breakfasts, lunches and dinners provided on most days. The team is made up of amazing people who dropped us off and picked us up and made the drives to and from our accom really enjoyable. A simply incredible experience walking through some of the best country in the South West. Not once did we think we did not want to carry on. Can't recommend this experience enough. Would definitely do again.
