When arriving in Margaret River, head south along Bussell Highway through to Witchcliffe. After passing through Witchcliffe, turn at the first left into Davis Road. Continue along Davis Road for 7kms then when you see the blue accommodation sign stating (JG Forest Retreat) turn left into the property number 705 Davis Road, Rosa Glen 6285. Please ensure you do not follow any other tracks to our entrance (without seeing our signage) as Google Maps does seem to have a tendency to direct people the wrong way! - please use 705 Davis Road, Rosa Glen 6285 as the directional address - thank you.

Had a wonderful, relaxing winter getaway here with our dog. The beautiful forest location provides instant relaxation. The Chalet was clean, tidy and modern with everything you could need. The large bathtub and outdoor hot tub are fantastic extras. Would absolutely recommend this place and would definitely stay again. Sam and Lee’s communication couldn’t be faulted and were available to answer any questions. Outstanding!

Genuinely lovely place to stay. Sam and Lee are incredible hosts. This venue is probably one of the most well isolated venues in the whole of Margaret river. The chalets are very well equipped, and there is a hot tub that you can use outdoors but most stunning of all is just the forest scenery whether you’re waking up in the morning or taking in the sunset. There are very few venues that can compare with the level of serenity you’ll find here! It’s great that they’re dog friendly too. Reception is a bit limited for mobile phones but if you can deal with that (might even be a good thing) then this is really a great venue for a small getaway.

Just came back from our little getaway and we can not wait to come back. The chalet was gorgeous, very clean and very welcoming. The bath was AMAZING and the hot tub on the deck was just what we needed. Lovely place to stay to get away from the hustle of the city. We were able to relax with the wildlife surrounding us. Very secluded and private. Not too far out of the way, about a 15 mi ute drive to Margaret River town centre and only a 30 minute drive to other main touristy places. We loved it here, thankyou for such an amazing time.
