The White Elephant Beach Cafe is an amazing venue located at the Gnarabup Beach Boat Ramp, right on the beach!

Open Daily from 7:30am - 3pm for breakfast and lunch

No bookings, just wander on in!

The perfect place for... your morning coffee, a quick catch up, a long lunch, breakfast on the beach, take away for a surf, a quick shake, a burger on the run, time out from the kids, a family get together, your 30th birthday, an office celebration, a bit of Facebook time, a refreshing sundowner, a reward for a run, a laugh between old mates, an email checking stop, mum's group, swimmer's club, a casual wedding.... Pretty much anything you want for an excuse to dine by the beach!

The view is nothing short of exceptional and if you visit at the right time of the year you might spy a whale or two passing.

White Elephant Cafe in Margaret River offers a beautiful beach view that instantly elevates a visit. The airy, relaxed atmosphere is perfect for a sunrise coffee or a late lunch. Friendly staff and solid menu—fresh pastries, good coffee, and there are light lunch options. Prices are reasonable for the location, though weekend crowds can slow service a bit. A lovely pit stop when exploring the coast.

What a location for a cafe 🤩 This spot was beautiful great space outdoors and indoors! Coffee and juice was good, we got the salmon bagel which was yum. As well the pork Benny’s. Perfect stop to enjoy and sit back with good food.

Located by the water, you can get a very good view with most people opting to sit outdoors. We ordered different varieties of fried fish - fish tacos, fish burger, fish & chips. They use the same fish for all the dishes, so it does taste quite similar if you try it all. My main was the fish tacos and I found it delicious. A good balance of different flavors within a single bite, zesty from the lime, refreshing from the salad and crispy from the fish.

Sitting on the terrace with the sea breeze and endless blue horizon is simply unforgettable. The atmosphere is relaxed yet vibrant the perfect spot to start the day slowly or enjoy a lively breakfast with friends and family. The staff were welcoming and attentive, which added to the warm, inviting vibe. And the breakfast absolutely amazing! Fresh, generous portions with so much flavour, beautifully presented and full of quality ingredients. Paired with the ocean backdrop, it made for a truly memorable experience. If you’re in the area, this café is a must-visit for the views, the food, and the whole coastal charm it delivers.
