THEIR STORY
The name Swings & Roundabouts encapsulates the timeless dance between the diverse elements of grape and wine production. Just like in life, what we might lose in one aspect, we gain in another. The philosophy reverberates through the very vines that bear their grapes and the artistry that unfolds in the winery.

THE VINEYARDS
In the heart of the northern Margaret River region, where the land and sea converse in a symphony of flavours, their story thrives. Anchored by two remarkable vineyards, each with a unique tale to tell. The 40+ year old Wildwood Vineyard is a tribute to time itself. Here, ancient dry grown vines weave a narrative of resilience and tradition. Their roots delve deep into the earth, drawing character from the soils and wisdom from decades of seasons. The Wildwood Vineyard is a testament to the enduring beauty of nature's legacy. On the other hand, the Brash Road Vineyard echoes a modern tale of sustainability and innovation. With the esteemed certification of sustainability, this vineyard represents a commitment to nurturing the land that nurtures us. The vines flourish in an ecosystem where balance reigns supreme. Brash Road Vineyard stands as a model for the harmonious coexistence of agriculture and nature. The combination of these vineyards with their meticulous winemaking craftsmanship results in wines that transcend expectations. The Mediterranean-like climate of the region, characterised by temperate breezes and fertile soils, imparts a distinct personality to their creations. The essence of Margaret River flows through every bottle, reflecting the region's unique terroir. With Swings & Roundabouts, it's not just about what's in the bottle; it's about the journey that brings that bottle to life. Great venue. Initial entry good was taken to our table by a young boy who was pleasant and accommodating and advised us to enjoy our stay. We ordered off the menus given, we were only provided the special pizza menu and main menu. There was another menu for food from grill which wasn't given to us - disappointing not to see all options. We ordered the Bomba pizza and the duck leg. 45 mins waiting for our food, the duck arrived first followed by the pizza 5-10 mins after. I would not think a wood fired pizza would take this long to serve. The menu is quite simple. The duck was mediocre disappointing. The pizza was great but the wait time for a Woodford pizza well not really acceptable especially paying for a public holiday surcharge. Overall a Mediocre experience, we book at 1pm thinking service would be reasonably quick, however not really the case. Table 14 - we saw our hostess a couple of times she was nice, didn't have to do much as we ordered via the qr scanner. Left feeling the venue is ok but nothing to recommend to others.

Good food and wine. The pizza is a must get. Was super busy when we went on Boxing Day. Still everything flowed; the wine, beers, pizza, the vibes. Super kid friendly and spacious out back. Hats off to the friendly staff and team there all with smiles on the holiday and keeping us filled with super chill vibes.

The staff were amazing, looking after us for our Nanna’s 90th birthday celebration, continuously bringing us things we didn’t even know we needed yet! The food was spectacular, tastiest pizzas ever, antipasto boards to die for, and the individual kofta, octopus and gnocchi dishes were delicious. The little kids always have the best time on the adventure playground too. We can always count on Swings and Roundabouts for the memorable times. See you again soon ❤️

Cosy vibes, great pizzas, big green space with fun playgrounds for the kids! Pollo pizza was yummy. Had an enjoyable outdoor dinner afternoon with the family. Just take note of the many flies near the trees - good to have some insect repellent.
