Rustico at Hay Shed Hill is the second venue to represent the Rustico Tapas brand made famous from its Rockingham Beach Venue. In April 2016 it replaced “Hay Shed Hill Café & Deli” at the stunning Hay Shed Hill winery in Wilyabrup to introduce the Margaret River wine region to its award-winning tapas, hospitality, shared plate, Mediterranean style fare.
Rustico's menu is a foodies heaven! The combination of the stunning venue at Hay Shed Hill Wines, the relaxed atmosphere and the world-class service is why they are rated on Trip Advisor as the Number 1 restaurant to visit in the Margaret River wine region.
It is no surprise the tapas degustation matched with premium Hay Shed Hill wines is the most popular way to dine, with 12 different dishes it really is the best value degustation in the South West. Or you can simply enjoy a jug of sangria on the deck while indulging in Mediterranean share plates, freshly shucked Australian oysters, traditional Paella cooked from scratch and handmade desserts. And don't fear, in addition to Rustico's world-class tapas, they continue to serve delicious pizzas and the biggest selection of European cheeses in the South West!
When dining at Rustico, don't forget to allow time to taste the wines at Hay Shed Hill's cellar door. With over 25 wines on tasting from the classics that Margaret River is famous for, Cabernet Sauvignon and Chardonnay, to Spanish Tempranillo and the wine of the moment, Malbec.
Hay Shed Hill is one of the first established vineyards in the Margaret River Region and has a prestigious Red Five Star James Halliday winery rating.
