Recently went on a whale watching tour with this company and they promised everything they said. Not only did we see plenty of whales.. we also saw a mum and her calf and dolphins. They crew were exceptional and made myself and my family feel so welcome. They had an excellent knowledge base and also great fun to be around. A magical experience that was worth the money!

Have always been a bit weary on these whale watching tours as to whether we would truly be able to see any whales up close. Well I happy to report that any reservation I previously had were all but gone once we spotted one of many sightings of the humpback whales who were migrating down south on Thier way to Antarctica. It was truly an experience and fully recommended. The crew went out of Thier way to ensure that we all had every opportunity to view the whales. Awesome trip out and well worth your time and money.

The crew are an experienced bunch and managed to spot many whales for our viewing pleasure. They also took care of the guests who ain’t feel too great with the choppy waters. Informed crew at boarding that one pax within my party could not make it that morning. She told me she will relay the message to office and see if they could help. Didn’t expect any positive outcome actually but to my pleasant surprise, she came back to me before we disembark and told me that the refund has been processed. Awesome administration and excellent ground operation.

If you can't decide which whalewatch company to go for I'd highly recommend Naturaliste Charters. Having been on numerous whale watch tours in WA, the tours with Naturaliste Charters were by far the most enjoyable and my favourite. Their staff is super friendly, helpful and down to earth. The marinebiologist on board provides you with all the knowledge about whales and their behaviour and answers all the questions you may have. We have been on the Orca tour in Bremer Bay and just recently visited Augasta for a humpback whale tour! Can't wait to be back on board!
