Little Otto's Big Choc Shop is a chocolate wonderland on the Busselton Foreshore. Chocolate and gelato is made on-site on the foreshore and served up by the bucket load to young and not-so-young ravenous ratbags.

Little Otto’s Big Choc Shop is a chocolate oasis on the Busselton Foreshore.

The home of Busselton's best choc makes all their chocolate and gelato on-site on the foreshore.

It's your one stop for all things choc, gelato, fun and adventure. A wild world of bars, bags, cones, cups and more awaits when you pass through the doorway to Otto’s abode.

Wait, who is Otto?

Otto is the 24 metre blue whale that currently resides at the Perth Museum. It turns out he's a Busselton local! He was found beached in the Vasse River inlet by a young local girl named Daisy in 1897.

The two struck up an unlikely friendship and set about creating the most mouth-watering, delicious destination in the South West!

Hubby and I popped in for a gelato on a hot day, the Passionfruit pavlova and rocky road scoops were just divine!! Highly recommend!! Staff member was super friendly - don’t let the low star reviews deter you from visiting, we found the flavours and creaminess spot on. Definitely coming here again 🍨

Gelato tastes like ice cream , not gelato at all. everything tastes wrong. Staffs are friendly. Shop is clean and tidy. Chocolate is fine.

I've never been one to stray from my beloved chocolate go-tos, but... Little Otto's has honestly won me. It was my favourite place to visit while we were in Busselton! The chocolate itself is absolutely beautiful. I'm currently munching on the milk chocolate honeycomb, but also bought some peanut butter bark, a plain milk chocolate bar, and had a Snickity Nuts icecream with melted chocolate while I was there. All are amazing. The ice cream was more a side with the chocolate as the staff member was veeeery generous. Poured right, in fact; melted chocolate on the bottom and even more on top. I was in heaven. Really liked the little activites and games inside, too. I also did the laser design choccy bar! The machine had a minor malfunction, but it was fixed super quick and with ease. My bar looks beautiful - a gift for my in laws from my son. :) Quite cheap, too, considering the bar is a solid block, beautifully dusted with gold and comes in a cute box when finished! Staff were super lovely and very generous as mentioned. Also thought the story about Daisy and Otto very cute. I would come back to Busselton just to go here again. :)

Chocolate seems good quality more like artisan chocolate but at an affordable price, doesn't taste sickly sweet and I generally feel fine eating the chocolate from here. I like that they have white chocolate selections only thing is my friend from the UK asked if they make chocolate and orange I said no but in Australia that's not very common. This place still has some great flavors to choose from not too bad, I got tired of going to margaret river chocolate factory all tastes the same to me so I thought I try ottos out, not bad a reason to stop by if I'm ever in busstleton.
