Welcome to Busselton Pavilion where they celebrate the best of the South West in a space as diverse as the region itself.
At its heart is The Pav, a relaxed gastro pub featuring a classic menu with an innovative twist and a side serve of Down South. They love local seafood and produce, and there’s something special for the little ones, too.
The drinks menu pays tribute to the best of the local beer and wine scene - continuously rotating to keep things interesting.
In the boutique South West Wine Shop and wine bar they celebrate the region with a daily pour menu. Meanwhile, sailing the seas between Germany and Busselton, their distillery is en route, soon with its own story to tell. The team can’t wait to make you a house G&T soon!
Visitors to The Pav are lucky to experience something special almost every day ! • Wednesday Steak Night - offering scotch fillet, chips & salad for $25 every Wednesday
• Thursday Pasta & Wine- their rotating pasta special paired with a handpicked glass of vino for $30
• Sunday Roast - A classic plate including rotisserie rib of beef, roasted seasonal vegetables, Yorkshire pudding and gravy for $35

Visiting Busselton Pavilion was an exceptional experience! Cyndal and George made us feel incredibly special from the moment we arrived. The Friday wine tasting showcased the best wines from the Margaret River region, and the food was truly Michelin-star quality. The atmosphere was perfect, easily deserving a 10-star rating. Highly recommend for a memorable visit!

It is my first time to have dinner here and it is absolutely incredible and delicious. The view, the vibes, the drinks and food. Every part of elements is definitely outstanding. Beef tongue is the best in Australia. I would highly recommend to come and will come back for sure.

First time having a drink at Pavilion and we had a really nice Lager from Pelican, my friend had a hot chicken roll with gravy and chips, he said the gravy was very thin and watery and they'd put some kind of mayonnaise mixture on the chicken which he didn't like but to their credit they took it back and gave him the roll without the mayonnaise. The lunchtime menu was very limited but not sure about the dinner menu. Definitely give it a go though.
