From sprawling garden parties and beachside sessions to intimate dinners and rare cellar experiences, the Pair’d brings together Margaret River wines with celebrated chefs, sommeliers, musicians and makers.
Pair’d Beach Club returns to Meelup Beach, bringing wine, food and music right to the edge of the Indian Ocean. Settle in for beachside dining and drinks by day, before the tempo shifts as the sun goes down.
Cape Mentelle’s much-loved outdoor cinema gets the Pair’d treatment, combining wine, food and film beneath the stars.
Chow’s Table turns up the volume with new-wave wine, food and music. Discover emerging and alternative producers, with Mal Chow on the food and Boo Seeka bringing the soundtrack.
Serious wine without the serious setting. Normal Van brings rare and museum wines together with Rob Webster’s laid-back neighbourhood cooking for one night only.
The signature Pair’d garden party returns to the lawns of Howard Park Wines. Taste your way through an impressive line-up of Margaret River wineries alongside dishes from Matt Moran and Aaron Carr, masterclasses and live music.
Join respected wine writer Ray Jordan at Miss Chow’s Margaret River for an intimate evening of wine, food and conversation. Over dinner, Ray shares a handpicked selection of Margaret River wines from his forthcoming WA Wine Review, along with the stories, producers and vintages behind them.
Xanadu Wines looks skyward for a multi-sensory evening connecting wine, food, culture and the night sky, including live telescope views projected to screens.
Close out Pair’d with a laid-back evening beside Calgardup Brook at Mr Barval. Curated by local musician Dan White, the line-up moves from acoustic sets and live bands to a DJ finale, with Mr Barval wines and Italian-inspired eats from CIBO along for the ride.
Pair’d unfolds across the Margaret River Region, so leave some room between events to explore wineries, beaches, restaurants and forest trails along the way. With events stretching across the region, staying a few nights makes it easier to settle into festival mode without rushing from one experience to the next.
