Launched in late 2021 after a full refurb and rebrand, Tonic offers a bar and restaurant experience all in one. Guests can settle into the breezy beer garden with live music through summer, or cosy up by the fireplace when winter rolls in – the good vibes never stop. There's live music every Friday and Sunday evening, all year round.

At the bar, visitors will find local craft beers alongside classic favourites, plus a wine list celebrating the Margaret River region – with a few surprises from further afield. The team of mixologists is always shaking up signature cocktails with a Tonic twist, perfect for any mood.
