Chef Dan Johnson plays with the warm and exotic flavours of the Eastern Mediterranean, firing up the coals for slow-cooked lamb, beef, chicken and vegetables from the region. This mezze plate lunch is an ode to Middle Eastern cuisine, where sumac and other vibrant flavours hit it big with fresh mint, lemon, pomegranate and all the Mediterranean favourites.
