I would have gladly rated my experience a perfect 10, but unfortunately, I encountered an issue with my halal food requirement. I was assured that the restaurant would accommodate my needs for dinner, but upon checking in and speaking with the restaurant staff, I was informed that they did not have any halal options available, not even the fish. This situation forced me to venture out in unfavorable stormy weather to find an alternative meal. Despite this setback, I must express my sincere gratitude to Alexis for her exceptional support throughout the booking process. She promptly addressed my queries and generously offered loyalty point compensation and a late checkout to make up for the inconvenience. The property itself is undoubtedly beautiful, complete with excellent support and amenities. I am very much looking forward to returning in the future, especially if halal food options become available. Your attention to this detail would make my next stay absolutely perfect.

Perfect! There is nothing to complain about. The rooms were perfect and so clean. Staff were lovely, always willing to help and deliver whatever was required. Food was delicious at dinner and an amazing breakfast buffet with plenty of gluten free options. Facilities are also good, with a stunning pool and cool layout of the resort units. Would love to go back in summer to appreciate the beach front access.

It would have been a 10 but there were a couple of minor issues, which were beyond Pullman's control. However they were dealt with by the managers swiftly and courteously. Everyone made you feel welcome and the gifts and compliments we received on celebrating our 40th Wedding Anniversary made us feel special. The upgrade was appreciated and the rooms were nice. Food was lovely and we had lots of chats with the staff who came from many different countries. It all helped to make our visit a more personal experience. If you want to feel looked after, then stay here.

My third visit this year. Check-in and out was effortless and all the staff very friendly and efficient, as always. It is a beautiful location with modern, well furnished, very clean and comfortable rooms and service areas. Love going to Pullman Bunker Bay as the stay is so attractive, comfortable, friendly and effortless. So many things to do and see in the nearby area. The wine and food in the area is outstanding, including the in-house restaurant. This time the whales passing close by was a great bonus. Just a great place to relax and enjoy a break from the busy-ness of everyday life.
