We had a lovely stay at Bunker Bay Resort, in the 3 bedroom villa. My parents had plenty of their own space, while we felt like we had enough room for our toddler to run around (and her own room for sleeping which was handy!) A cot was provided on request, which was a standard port-a-cot. They did provide an extra mattress for this cot, however would still recommend parents bringing their own of their baby/toddler is used to it (only adding this to the review as I couldn’t find any other reviews with this information when I was looking). The pool was fantastic and beach access beautiful. The breakfast was delicious and staff always made us feel welcome and comfortable! The rooms themselves have been there for a long time, so do have some things that are older, however this was absolutely no issue for us and we understand it would be extremely difficult to maintain some aspects of the spaces when in the middle of a national park! We loved the feeling of privacy and the local birds and lizards coming up to us on our balcony - our toddler was fascinated! A great place for any family that is wanting to relax and unwind without having to drive anywhere!

My sister and I had a girlie weekend . Check in experience was really easy. The room was lovely and clean. The welcome gift was a lovely touch. Lots of storage and kitchen had everything we might have needed. The restaraunt staff were lovely and went out of there way to make sure we were looked after as we had dietary requirements due to health. The resteraunt itself was a bit noisy as they had a conference eating the same time we did. Food was tasty. A lovely weekend. The only thing we found difficult was at night time it’s not so well lit when you’re trying to find the room numbers as some of the lighting had blown.

Very nice 1 bedroom suite. Very big with lounge area, two televisions, outdoor bush setting and lovely bathroom - all in immaculate condition and well thought out. Totally exceeded expectations. It’s a lovely stroll to the beach at Bunker Bay and only 20 minutes drive into Dunsborough. Restaurant food was very good however the staff just seemed to miss what it takes to give good service - maybe short staffed but something just did not feel right even though they were pleasant enough. Maybe lacked a maître’d or lacked management/training. I did enjoy the buffet breakfast though.

We stayed 2 nights at the Pullman in Bunker Bay and was disappointed to see that the pool was out of service our entire stay. This wasn’t communicated before nor was compensation offered considering that the Pullman pool is a key amenity and in all the promotional material for the resort. The floor of the room didn’t seem to be mopped as we constantly had black feet when we were just in the room. We ordered room service and this took an hour and a half to come. When we tried to get updates, the restaurant phone was not being picked up and reception didn’t seem to know what was going on. We are getting a refund on the room service and got a bottle of wine from the hotel based on our feedback. On the positives, the bed is comfy and the direct access to Bunker Bay beach is great. Overall, hesitant to stay again.
