Beautiful location, friendly staff. It's missing some of the diner details to make it 5 stars but overall a great place.
One item that really stands out is the food at the restaurant or room service. They need to hire the chef from breakfast for dinner because the dinner is just... off. Some of the items sound good but definitely don't taste that way

Well what a surprise this was. Without a doubt Pullman Resort was a 10/10. The only issue I had was the food but considering the new requirements the government has placed on us, they did a great job.
All the staff were 💯 friendly, helpful, and actually listened when you spoke.
I recommend everyone who is looking for a getaway please go to Pullman Bunker Bay Resort, you will not be disappointed

We expected so much more from Pullman Bunker Bay. Especially given the very high prices charged. Learn from our mistake and don't pay extra for the "lake view" villa. There is no lake. A murky pond, at best.
The swimming pool is heated and gives great views over Eagle Bay. There is also very easy access to the beach.
Also, for a high class resort, we were very surprised to see rubbish left lying around outside villas for the whole day. Not the kind of look you expect.
The restaurant underwhelmed.
